Born in Mount Isa, QLD and raised in Tamworth, NSW, Lane has been immersed in country music his whole life. Influenced by Alan Jackson, Brooks & Dunn, Keith Urban, Luke Combs, and Morgan Wallen, he has developed a unique style at just seventeen. Lane rose to fame in April 2022, at 16, when he impressed on The Voice Australia with his rendition of Luke Combs' "Even Though I’m Leaving," joining Team Keith Urban. His performance has garnered over 5 million views across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, leading to an invitation from Luke Combs to open for his 2023 Australia & New Zealand Tour.

Lane, who is completing his Higher School Certificate in 2023, looks forward to focusing more on music. His debut release on Chugg Music, "Love In A Country Town," was written by Nashville songwriters Neil Mason, Ryan Hurd, and Aaron Eshuis.
